“Oklahoma, in just over 20 years, I have watched you gain ground and then give up ground. However, know that from your beginning, I have imprinted you with the stamp of My Spirit, says the Lord.”
“It is time to turn up the fire in Oklahoma and move the pot from the back burner to the front burner. For I am visiting afresh and new places of former out-pouring, spiritual wells that once flowed with healing. The old will become new. Many seek to sustain old moves and days of glory now gone by. But I, the Lord, say that Oklahoma will experience becoming a new wineskin, filled with new wine, flowing to the nation. This wine will put a glow upon the faces of all who taste and see that I am a good God, that I am seeking to redeem the innocent blood that has been shed on your soil.”
“I am about to reverse my hand in Oklahoma, and the last shall become first. [This is a reference to Jacob reversing his hands, placing his right hand on Ephraim and his left on Manasseh in Genesis 48:8-20.] The outpouring of my healing will come forth, but no significant name shall be attached. From this mountain altar, in the name of Jesus Christ, I lift my voice and release a decree over Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the surrounding region…
Father, we acknowledge that You are the God who wins.
You have never lost Your authority.
You have never lost Your wisdom.
You have never lost Your power.
You have never lost Your love.
You are the God who always wins.
Today we align ourselves with Heaven's perspective and declare that Tulsa belongs to the Lord.
This city belongs to the King.
This region belongs to the King.
The families belong to the King.
The churches belong to the King.
The businesses belong to the King.
The schools belong to the King.
The government belongs to the King.
The future belongs to the King.
We declare that the Kingdom of God is advancing in this region.
We decree that the light of Christ is shining brighter than darkness.
We proclaim that hope is arising where despair has tried to rule.
We proclaim that healing is flowing where sickness has sought to establish itself.
We proclaim that restoration is coming to families, marriages, prodigals, and generations.
Father, let Tulsa become known as a city of Your Presence.
Let Tulsa become known as a city of Authentic (Divine) Intimacy.
Let Tulsa become known as a city that is seen, heard, and known by Divine Love.
Let hearts throughout this region hear the invitation of Heaven:
"Come and be Known."
I declare a fresh awakening of the Holy Spirit across this land.
May the Spirit of Wisdom rest upon leaders.
May the Spirit of Revelation rest upon Your people.
May the Spirit of Adoption reveal the Father's heart.
May the Spirit of Christ be formed within Your Church.
I declare that sons and daughters will arise who model the Beloved.
A people who live from being known.
A people who live from intimacy.
A people who live from union.
A people who continually ask:
"What's Next, Holy Spirit?"
Father, release courage where fear has ruled.
Release faith where discouragement has lingered.
Release hope where disappointment has settled.
Release joy where heaviness has remained.
Release vision where purpose has been forgotten.
I declare that every assignment of darkness over this region is being confronted by the light of Christ.
Every lie is exposed.
Every stronghold is shaken.
Every strategy of division is broken.
Every work of hopelessness is dismantled.
For the God who wins is moving throughout this region.
I declare over Tulsa:
The Blood of Jesus wins.
The mercy of God wins.
The wisdom of God wins.
The goodness of God wins.
The Presence of God wins.
The Kingdom of God wins.
The purposes of God win.
The love of God wins.
I declare that revival will emerge from intimacy.
Transformation will emerge from union.
Kingdom influence will emerge from being known by God.
May churches become houses of His Presence.
May families become places of blessing.
May businesses become platforms of Kingdom stewardship.
May leaders walk in wisdom and righteousness.
May the next generation encounter the living Christ.
Father, raise up men and women who know Your voice.
Raise up men and women who know Your heart.
Raise up men and women who know Your ways.
Raise up men and women who walk in the light as You are in the light.
From this mountain altar, I release a blessing over Tulsa and the surrounding region.
I bless the land.
I bless the people.
I bless the families.
I bless the churches.
I bless the leaders.
I bless the generations to come.
And I declare according to Your Word that nothing shall separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
We stand in the victory of Christ.
We stand in the triumph of Christ.
We stand in the love of Christ.
For Christ always causes us to triumph.
The Blood still speaks.
The Kingdom still advances.
The Spirit still moves.
And the God who wins is revealing His glory throughout this region.
To the glory of God the Father.
Through Jesus Christ the Son.
By the power of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
